Iphone 7 Lag

So when i received my iphone, i realized that there was a slight lag whenever i used 3D touch and just scrolled around on the home screen. After ios 10.0.2 update came, i downloaded it thinking it would fix the issue. The update simply made the phone worse. It lags and stutters once in a while and especially lags when playing games (Noticeable in Asphalt 8 and other games). Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have the iphone 7 256 GB.
